Job Title: Assistant Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Noida Sector 62. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, bookkeeping, and solid working knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Handle GST calculations, return filing support, reconciliation, and compliance.
Manage TDS deduction, reconciliation, and related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare MIS reports and financial data using MS Excel.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial documentation.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Positive knowledge of GST and TDS processes.
Strong command of MS Excel including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data handling.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary

Salary will be offered based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
