Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers who are eager to start their career in sales. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will connect with prospective customers over phone, explain our products, generate business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce Apni Bus products and explain their advantages.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team.
Update customer information and call status in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Eligibility
Graduate or pursuing graduation (Final Year students may also apply).
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
