Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating recent business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's silicone sealants and related products. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, coordinating with production and logistics for timely deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and project clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
Promote the company's products and introduce current product lines.
Prepare and present product quotations and proposals.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, exhibitions, and networking.

Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the Customer Care, Production, and Quality teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.




Collect customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.

Order & Payment Coordination
Follow up on customer purchase orders.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor order execution from booking to delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support the Accounts team in collection activities.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Identify current business opportunities and untapped markets.
Submit regular market and competitor analysis reports.
Recommend strategies to improve market share.

Reporting
Prepare daily sales visit reports.
Submit weekly sales activity reports.
Prepare monthly sales performance and sales forecast reports.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or company systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
