E-commerce Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, improving online visibility, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience.

The candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, product management, and digital sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.
Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
Monitor inventory, product availability, orders, and sales performance.
Manage online store operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, shipping, and product availability.
Monitor customer queries, reviews, and feedback on online platforms.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify prospects to improve product visibility and online sales.




Assist with online promotions, offers, and product campaigns.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Ensure proper coordination with marketplaces, vendors, logistics partners, and other relevant teams.

Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales is preferred.
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and online customer service.
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or other marketplaces is a plus.
