We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth at WD Branding Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current market opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will play a key part in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring the long-term success of our branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to new business prospects to build a consistent sales pipeline.
Market Identification: Research and analyze industry trends to uncover current business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Proposal Development: Collaborate on the creation of business proposals and creative service agreements.
Client Onboarding: Assist in transitioning new clients into our internal workflows, ensuring a seamless start to their projects.

Requirements & Skills
Communication:



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and client interaction.
Negotiation: Robust ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using tools like ClickUp for lead management and workflow tracking is highly preferred.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to recognize growth patterns and align them with company strategy.
Professionalism: A proven track record of maintaining high standards in business correspondence and client representation.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the marketing or branding industry.
Familiarity with CRM or project management software.
Local market knowledge of the Kochi and Muvattupuzha business landscape
