We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the day-to-day accounting operations of our entrance coaching academy.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
Maintain general ledger and financial records
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
Assist in payroll processing and staff reimbursements
Track expenses and budget monitoring
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
Support audit activities and documentation
Maintain fee collection records and student accounts
Coordinate with management for financial planning
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Experience in educational institution preferred
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Robust analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
