Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
Monitor manpower deployment and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
Monitor attendance and discipline of workers.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Follow production targets and report any deviations to management.
Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and company policies.
Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills
Ability to read and write English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
Ability to maintain discipline and productivity on the floor.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word preferred).
Understanding of food manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass.
Must have valuable reading and writing skills.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
Prior experience in a food manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,342.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
