Junior Sales Executive – Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert sales enquiries.
Explain residential/commercial projects to prospective customers.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
Prepare and draft booking forms, agreements, and sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and collections.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.




2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Building Material Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in drafting agreements and handling documentation.
Strong follow-up skills for payment collections.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
