We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Civil to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, tracking project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily site activities and project progress.
Track project schedules, quantities, budgets, and work completion status.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of construction activities.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Assist in project planning and execution to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in construction projects.
Robust knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in Warehousing, Industrial Buildings, or Logistics Projects is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
