We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

About Us:

B A Fab and Forge Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of transformer tanks and heavy fabricated steel structures, serving some of India's leading transformer manufacturers.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales team and build long-term relationships with transformer OEMs and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing and prospective customers to generate RFQs.
Send company profile, product catalogues and introductory emails.
Coordinate with purchase teams for vendor registration and approvals.
Regularly follow up for current enquiries and repeat business.
Coordinate internally with production for costing and quotation preparation.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Maintain follow-up until purchase order (PO) is received.




Build solid relationships with purchase departments and existing customers.
Maintain inquiry, quotation and order tracking in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication

Preferred Experience:
26 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or inside sales.
Experience in transformer tanks, sheet metal fabrication, heavy fabrication, electrical equipment, switchgear, enclosures, fabrication, or engineering products will be preferred.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with MS Excel and email.
Ability to coordinate with production, purchase and quality departments.

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field preferred).
