Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Solid understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
Experience in customizing and integrating business applications to meet specific process requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
