Position: Senior Technician - Electrical

Job Overview

Responsible for supporting electrical maintenance activities for CNC, VMC, forging machines. Ensures smooth machine operation by assisting in electrical checks, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical maintenance and breakdown support for CNC, VMC, forging machines.
Check and maintain electrical panels, wiring, sensors, contactors, relays, motors, and drives.
Help senior technicians in troubleshooting electrical faults, alarms, and interlocks.
Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain basic PM checklists.
Perform routine checks on control panels, limit switches, proximity sensors, and safety devices.
Assist in installation and electrical connection of current machines.




Follow safety rules, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and 5S practices.
Maintain straightforward documentation like daily maintenance logs and service notes.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Understanding of motors, VFDs, control wiring, sensors, and electrical panels.
Ability to use multimeter and basic testing tools.
Willingness to learn CNC/VMC electrical maintenance.
Valuable problem-solving attitude and teamwork.

Education & Experience
- ITI / Diploma/Engineering in Electrical / EEE
1–3 years experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing industry preferred)
C Licence is an added advantage
