Job Summary

KV Polytech Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of quality electrical wires and cables, is looking for a GeM Executive to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in catalogue management, product listing, bid participation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and maintain product catalogues on the GeM Portal.
Update product specifications, pricing, images, and technical documents.
Participate in GeM bids, reverse auctions (RA), and quotations.
Manage OEM and seller profile details.
Handle GeM orders from enquiry to dispatch coordination.
Prepare and upload required compliance documents.
Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams.
Monitor order status, payments, and buyer communications.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance of GeM registrations.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports using MS Excel.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience handling the GeM Portal.




Good knowledge of catalogue uploading and GeM procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience in the electrical, cable, or industrial products sector will be preferred.
