Supervise and manage all nursing staff across hospital departments. Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices. Prepare and monitor duty rosters and staff allocation. Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and infection control protocols. Coordinate with doctors and other departments for productive patient care. Monitor nursing documentation and maintain quality standards. Handle patient complaints and resolve nursing-related issues. Ensure availability and proper use of nursing equipment and supplies. Maintain discipline, safety, and skilled conduct among nursing staff.Requirements GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred). Valid Nursing Council Registration. Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of hospital quality standards and infection control practices. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams effectively.
