Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and customer communication. The role involves handling sales documentation, order processing, client coordination, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation
Handle customer inquiries, order confirmations, and dispatch coordination
Liaise with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution
Track orders, deliveries,



and payment status
Maintain customer database and sales records accurately
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and tenders as required
Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry will be an advantage
