Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Organize employee engagement, training, and performance review activities.
Support leadership with workforce planning and HR initiatives.
Maintain a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.




Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualified, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and administrative functions effectively.
