Responsibilities
Provision Infrastructure as a Service cloud computing for platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google.
Reactive and proactive monitoring of AWS servers & resources.
Responsible for managing networked storage.
Disaster Recovery and Incident Response planning.
Installing, configuring and supporting primarily Microsoft Windows/Linux Servers on IaaS.
Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & stay on-call 24X7 when needed.
Define and enforce security guidelines.
Support users with their admin needs.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solutions for technical challenges.

Required Skill Set and Experience
Experience in any of the Ticketing tools.
Expert in OS (Linux or windows) and Networking
User Administration, File system administration
Networking, IP address,



Subnetting
Basic routing, routing at OS level
Hands-on experience in Web Servers (Apache& Nginx) and capable of Installation, Configuration and Optimization
Proficient in any one scripting language (Shell/Python).
Boot Process.
Core Process, Local Management, User Management
AWS Cloud Essentials:
Must have worked on AWS Cloud Environment and AWS services.
Knowledge of Auto scaling, Load Balancer, Cloud Formation.
Understanding of storage on Cloud, AWS CloudWatch for monitoring.
Understanding of SES and SNS for email and notifications.
Strong in Monitoring (Infrastructure, Application, Database, Network Services) and must have worked on Fundamentals, any one or two tools such as Nagios, Zabbix Zoho Desk, Fresh Desk.
Database Management (MY SQL, Postgres, Or MongoDB).
Should have valuable understanding of Networking (TCP/IP), OSI Model, IP Addressing, VPN, Routing
Must have good understanding of Securities (Antivirus, WAF, IDS, IPS, Encryption).
Expert in handling SLAs, Escalation, ITIL Processes.
AWS cloud certification will be added advantage.
