Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Coordinator to support design development and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role requires a blend of creative skills and operational efficiency to manage design workflows and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development
Assist in creating and developing design concepts and product ideas
Work closely with senior designers to execute creative briefs
Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and production teams for timely execution
Track design progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
Manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of designs, approvals, and production status
Prepare reports on project timelines and updates
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Quality & Process Management
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to design specifications
Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid creative and design sensibility
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in design tools/software (if applicable)
Preferred Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in design and coordination roles
Background in jewelry / fashion / creative industry preferred
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Passion for design, creativity, and execution
