Job Summary

Experis, a global leader in IT staffing and workforce solutions under the ManpowerGroup umbrella, is seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to support enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT professionals, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in fast-paced and competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions for US-based clients
Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements, skill needs, and timelines
Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking strategies
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and client expectations
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and US clients across multiple time zones
Negotiate pay rates and compensation packages in line with client budgets and market trends
Ensure compliance with US labour laws, hiring standards,



and company policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and CRM systems
Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets, KPIs, and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on US IT recruiting experience
Robust understanding of IT technologies and skill sets, including but not limited to:
Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, and ERP
Experience working with US clients and MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work in high-volume, rapid-paced environments
Comfortable working in US shifts
Proficient with ATS tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with staffing agencies or global consulting firms
Prior experience recruiting for Fortune 500 or enterprise clients
Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a strong plus
