Job Description

Senthil Public School, Dharmapuri is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to support students' emotional well-being, mental health, and overall development. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping students thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Identify and support students with emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges.
Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
Work closely with teachers and parents to develop student support plans.
Organize awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, career guidance, and life skills.
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive school setting.
Refer students to external professionals when required.
Support school wellness initiatives and student development programs.





Requirements
PG in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.)
Freshers or candidates with prior experience may apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students.
