The ideal candidate will drive architecture and development of enterprise-grade AI platforms, agentic systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end GenAI platforms and solutions
Build and scale agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
Design and implement RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
Lead integration of LLMs into enterprise applications and workflows




Define AI architecture standards, best practices, and governance
Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization
Mentor and guide development teams on AI/GenAI best practices
Experience in AI Chatbots (Text / Voice / Video)
Experience with VAPI or similar voice AI platforms
Knowledge of AI SaaS product architecture
Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
Experience in AI-based automation / BPO solutions
Exposure to multi-tenant architecture & enterprise deployments
