Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment Advisory
Conduct risk assessments across physical security, operational risk, geopolitical risk, and business continuity.
Analyse threats, vulnerabilities, and controls; produce actionable reports and recommendations.
Support design and optimisation of corporate risk-management frameworks and security programs.
Assist with SOP development, risk dashboards, monitoring processes, and integration of technology tools.

Project Delivery
Travel as required to conduct the above.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for multiple client projects.
Ensure high-quality output consistent with MitKat s standards

Business Resilience Crisis Management
Assist in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), and resilience frameworks.
Support crisis simulations, tabletop exercises, and after-action reviews.

Client Management
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and solution development during pre-sales discussions.
Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide structured updates.

Desired Qualifications Security, Risk Resilience Programs




Certifications in Risk Management (IRM India, ISO 31000, BCI).
M.A./M.Sc in Security Studies, Strategic Studies, Defence Studies.
ISO or other reputed Certifications in Industrial/Fire Safety/ OHS/ Disaster Management desirable.

Qualified Certifications (Preferred)
ISO 31000 Risk Management Certification
IRM India Levels (2 4)
ASIS Certifications CPP, PSP, APP
BCI Certifications CBCI, AMBCI
