Job Description: Wireman Executive HDO

Location: Bangalore (KK Circle)

Monthly Stipend: 17,000 total (8,900 Company share + 8,100 Government DBT)

Internship Duration: 9 months (10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma) or 6 months (Graduate / Post-Graduate) — as per PMIS norms

Working Days / Hours: 6 days a week, 9 hours a day

Travel: Average 30–50 km per day (field-based role)

Leave Entitlement:30 days per year

Training Provided: NHIP – Network and Hardware Installation Program

Role Overview

Assist HDO (Home Delivery Officer) Engineers with installation, fault repair, and service requests related to the broadband network — ensuring smooth connectivity and a seamless customer experience.
Undergo comprehensive NHIP training, gaining hands-on knowledge of the company’s network infrastructure.
Gain in-depth, on-ground insight into the telecom network while directly contributing to operational excellence.
Builds a robust platform for future growth in technical and customer-service roles within telecommunications and network management.
