JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers regarding project updates, payment schedules, documentation, and handover processes.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Assist customers with booking formalities, agreements, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and property handover appointments.
Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodic customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




0–3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or the real estate industry is preferred.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
