Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Engagement Specialist to drive end-to-end employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in event planning, project management, and creative engagement strategies, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver impactful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Strategy
Plan, design, and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategic engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and culture.
Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve programs.

Event Planning & Execution
Lead the end-to-end management of engagement events including town halls, cultural activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
Conceptualize and deliver creative engagement activities that foster collaboration and inclusivity.
Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and execution.

Project Management




Drive multiple engagement initiatives simultaneously with robust project management discipline.
Track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for engagement projects.
Ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders and teams.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, communications teams) to align engagement efforts.
Work with procurement and vendors for event planning, material sourcing, and budget management.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Content Creation & Communication
Develop engaging internal communication content such as newsletters, email campaigns, event announcements, and employee stories.
Create visually appealing creatives using tools like Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Ensure solid branding and consistency across all employee-facing materials.
