Lead Design - Mechanical will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Mechanical, HVAC, Plumping, fire fighting design aspects of Data Center projects from conception to completion. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, collaboration, and leadership to ensure the successful integration of MEP systems within the overall project design while adhering to industry standards
Key Accountability
Project Management: Lead and manage the MEP design aspects of Data Center projects from initial concept through to project completion.
Cross functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project design.
Design Development: Develop and review design drawings and specifications to meet project requirements and industry standards.
Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that MEP installations comply with design specifications and quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, standards,
and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Issue Resolution: Assist in the resolution of MEP-related issues and challenges during the construction and commissioning phases
Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies related to MEP design in Data Centers.
