Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software systems.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting complex application environments.
Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
