Senior Software Engineer :

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer on a contractual basis with solid experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS, and MongoDB. The candidate should be able to independently design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.

They should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
Build robust APIs and backend services using ExpressJS.
Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, optimization, and data modelling.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features within agreed timelines.
Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
Stay aware of tools such as Cursor,



ChatGPT, code review assistants, and automation/test harnesses.
Review code, guide junior developers where needed, and follow engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
Strong backend development experience - NodeJS and ExpressJS and Mongo.
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices.
Practical awareness of AI-assisted development tools and responsible usage in software delivery.
Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
