Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment.
Perform dimensional inspections on machined and fabricated components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.;
Generate and maintain inspection reports.
Identify and report non-conforming products.
Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure product compliance.
Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
- Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
10 years’ experience with CMM software PC-DMIS.
Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing is an advantage.
Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
Proven experience operating CMM equipment.
Robust understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;




Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, etc.).

Experience with CMM programming and inspection software.

Proficiency in Microsoft O ice (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing tolerances is a plus.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
