Industrial Training/Internship in Recruitment is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of bulk hiring will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
