Plan and execute daily production activities
Supervise shop floor operations (CNC, VMC, Lathe, Assembly)
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met
Handle and manage shop floor manpower
Monitor machine utilization and productivity
Coordinate with Quality team to maintain standards
Reduce rejection, rework, and improve efficiency
Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues
Maintain production reports and documentation
Ensure safety and 5S practices
Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
Robust knowledge of CNC, VMC & Lathe machines
Experience in manpower handling
Experience in pump manufacturing industry
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen
Exposure to production planning

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
