Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure technical accuracy, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of all mechanical and multi‑disciplinary works.

Key Responsibilities
Mechanical supervision — Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Multi‑disciplinary coordination — Manage electrical, civil, and carpentry works in office.
Technical compliance — Ensure all works meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Client & contractor communication — Handle site communications and coordinate with vendors and project managers.
Drawing & material review — Interpret mechanical drawings, review material submittals, and verify site requirements.




Problem-solving — Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical in office solutions.
Documentation — Maintain daily reports, site logs, and work progress documentation.

Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of site experience in construction, industrial, or plant projects.
Robust knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, equipment).
Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary site works
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
