Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts department.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Manage employee induction, training, and performance review processes.
Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Maintain HR MIS reports and personnel files.
Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement documentation.




Coordinate with management on HR policies and organizational development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
