Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business prospects and acquire clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare reports and maintain client records.

Requirements:
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
