Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring while leading vendor management activities. The role involves driving bulk hiring, managing recruitment partners, ensuring timely closures, maintaining hiring quality, and leading a team of recruiters to meet business hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring across multiple locations.
Manage and develop relationships with recruitment vendors and staffing agencies.
Allocate hiring requirements to vendors and monitor their performance.
Track daily hiring metrics, TAT, closures, and hiring quality.
Source candidates through vendors, job portals, referrals, social media, and field sourcing.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
Conduct vendor performance reviews and negotiate commercial terms when required.
Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding.




Coordinate with business stakeholders and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Improve sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets efficiently.
Handle hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment campaigns.
