Role & responsibilities
Candidates will be required to manage a portfolio of customers. This role will require them to manage relationships with their designated customer portfolio.
They will focus on maintaining relationships with acquired customers ensuring that they find the banking products and services suitable.
They will persuade the customer to continue and if required renew the FD's and deepen cross-selling.
To ensure that customers are engaged and brought back into the fold.
To cross sell investments to such customers by which they will tend to maintain balances
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with a background in Sales with a minimum of 3 years experience will be preferred , they will have to have a robust knowledge on how to cross sell the different banking services offered.
