smooth office functioning, coordinate with vendors, and support overall facility management while
maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage travel desk operations, including flight, hotel, and cab bookings.
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
¢ Ensure smooth office administration and facility management.
¢ Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.




¢ Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
