Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
Proven experience in villas, apartments, gated communities, or residential developments.
Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site management.
Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential construction projects from planning to handover.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
Review drawings,



specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential buildings, villas, apartments, or township projects.
Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
