We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Tester to design, develop, and execute
automated test solutions using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal
candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of ServiceNow
applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software
development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
Execute functional, regression, and upgrade testing across ServiceNow applications.
Create test strategies and ensure adequate test coverage based on business requirements.
Identify, track, and validate defects in collaboration with developers and business
stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
Mentor junior testers and promote automation standards within the team.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
Robust expertise in creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
Valuable understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, with
exposure to HRSD, ITOM, or CSM being an added advantage.
Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
