Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales, achieving monthly business targets, and strengthening the company's market presence through client engagement, site visits, and successful deal closures. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly targets of 150 client meetings, 30 site visits, and a minimum of 2 bookings.
Manage leads from Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, and self-generated sources.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate CRM records.

Client Relationship Management
Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.




Conduct project presentations, explain pricing and financing options, and address client queries.
Build long-term customer relationships and collect client feedback.

Team Coordination
Guide BDM Associates and coordinate with Pre-Sales for lead management.
Work closely with Marketing and Event Management teams to support campaigns and improve sales performance.
