Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred.
Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in Omni Studio.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong understanding of financial services business processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, to address financial services business requirements.




Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements for financial services applications within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain custom code, configuration, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards in the financial sector.
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions within the financial services domain.
