About the RoleWe're looking for a General Associate to work directly with the Management someone smart, hungry, and genuinely excited to learn how a product and growth organisation is built and run.This role doesn't have a narrow job description. Some days you'll be doing research and pulling together a brief. Other days you'll be coordinating across teams, tracking down a deliverable, or helping think through a product problem. The common thread is that you'll be in the thick of things and growing quick because of it.If you're early in your career and want real exposure, real ownership, and a real shot at learning this is that role.What You'll DoSupport & Execution- Assist to stay on top of priorities, track open items, follow up on commitments, and make sure things don't slip- Prepare briefs, summaries, and meeting prep so time is always well spent- Coordinate across teams to move projects forwardProduct & Growth- Dig into product or growth problems, do the research, synthesise what you find, and put together a clear point of view- Help track experiments, analyse outcomes,



and document learnings- Support the team in shipping, whatever that looks like on any given weekProjects & Operations- Own small-to-medium projects end to end, from scoping to completion- Build lightweight processes and trackers to bring structure to ambiguous work- Draft internal updates, decks, and comms as needed Who You Are- Curious and rapid-learning.
