Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of goods, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic knowledge of dispatch operations, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of orders.
Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills (if applicable).
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.
Track shipments and update delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records and documentation accurately.
Verify products and quantities before dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure order accuracy.




Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dispatch procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
0–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
