Role & responsibilities

Lead, manage and control the line-up of each model, including categories strategies and plan. Create and control the process of product planning, concept testing and issuing development information Engineering team.
Initiate Market Research, Customer Survey and align with Customer to grasp the market requirements and needs.
Create and manage the accessories line-up plan for each model, aligned with expected business growth and accessories trend.
Align with TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) guidelines, Develop and control required internal processes and tools to meet TMC milestones and requirements.
Manage Communication with Engineering for development information and recent ideas and concepts.
Manage and control the alignment between Sales and Engineering department in terms of Lineup approvals, Initial price estimation, freezing the development plan.
Manage Communication between all the Stakeholders
Align with Management on Mid-term & Long-Term Plan and Prepare the Action plan & implementation in the team.
Manage the Team & Planning Processes

Preferred candidate profile

Education- Engineering Bachelors’ or master’s degree in planning or project management.
