Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and solution design sessions.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
