Human Resources Associate (Non-IT) .

Education: Any Graduate Degree

Degree with HR/similar specialisation preferred.

Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in a same or similar role, preferably from a manufacturing sector based company.
Working knowledge of Factories Act , EPF & ESI Regulations.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to handle HR function in MSME setup.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Hands-on experience in hiring shop floor manpower is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Job portals &other; channels, screen profiles and schedule interviews.
Training and Development : Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge,



and qualified growth.
Monitor and update employee and organization performance metrics and related documentation.
Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and reports.

Note:
Only candidates from Tamilnadu state preferred.
Women candidate preferred.
Phone reimbursement, Insurance, Holiday pay, Yearly Bonus available.
Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
