We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic B2B Product Manager with a strong background in the
auto component sales. The ideal candidate should bring a rich industry experience of 1015 years along
with an active and proven network with commercial vehicle, Agri Machinery & Construction Equipment
manufacturers (OEMs). This role requires an individual with deep technical and commercial knowledge,
strategic business acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills to drive recent product
development, revenue growth through current account acquisition and forge long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning:

Develop product strategies and new product roadmaps for 5 years

Benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats & opportunities

Carry out market research & capture customer insights (Voice of Customer)

Perform cost & price Analysis and position our product

Manage new product launches and monitor market feedback

Work with cross functional team to deliver the new products on time & within target cost

Marketing:

Preparation of annual marketing & promotion plans





Digital marketing in coordination with corporate communication team

Plan and execute customer forum, tech shows & exhibitions

Develop marketing collaterals and promotional materials

MIS:

Data Interpretation & action planning

Industry movement analysis & support to sales team with insights

MIS preparation and Management Support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mandatory) & MBA

10–15 years of B2B auto component in Product Planning/sales/marketing/R&D;

Career should ideally begin with a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role in an auto component
company, with exposure to program management/PMO, product planning, marketing and OEM
sales.

Strong network and established relationships with commercial vehicle, CE & Agri OEMs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools

Willingness to travel across regions as per business needs
