How You Will Add Value
You will accurately prepare account transition reports for clients looking to utilize our CANVAS platform.
You will partner with client service and sales teams to resolve issues.
You will apply operational expertise to support the Retail and Financial Advisor Services channels.
You will manage multiple requests accurately in a fast-paced setting.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role

Experience:
At least two years of experience in client service or operations.
Experience in financial services or asset management.
Exposure to direct indexing platforms is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor s degree required.

Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.




Ability to problem solve efficiently and accurately.

Soft Skills:
Transparent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled persistence when following up on requests.
Self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
