Own end-to-end admissions strategy and execution
Lead and mentor counselling and admissions teams
Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion and revenue performance
Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and channel ROI
Build school, coaching, corporate, and education consultant partnerships
Track funnel performance, CAC, forecasts, and conversion metrics
Develop dashboards and drive data-backed decision making Ideal Profile
12–16 years of experience in admissions and sales leadership
Solid background in higher education, Ed Tech, qualified or international education
Proven experience managing large counselling teams
