Job Description:

Job Title: Team Lead IT Recruitment(Immediate Joiner ONLY)

Location : KPHB 6th Phase.(10 Kms ).

Mode of work: On-site

Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday,

Saturday (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)

Duration : Full Time/ Permanent

Note: Only candidates with domestic IT recruitment experience in the staffing industry are eligible

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
Hand-On experience with POC's Handling and team handling.
Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Team Lead , specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
Proven experience in Team and Client Handling.
In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
